The Project
Note from a Navy Brat: I have heard my Dads stories all my life some not until
I got a little older and some only after I ETS'ed out of the Army 10 years after
Vietnam. My Dad and I have gone to the Wall a few times. I see the
names I have heard most of my life. I thank God my Dad was standing next
to me so I could give him a hug and tell him I love him. I have a project I wish
to get underway I would like to collect your stories, your thoughts
and feelings about your experiences. For those that were not there on the
muddy Mekong back then, your words should be recorded. Where possible I
would like to video the stories.
I have a fair amount of experience in the media, as a video photographer
and producer among other related jobs.
This is my way of thanking all of you for a job well done. BZ I feel it is
important to keep your experiences alive for your Children and theirs.
Those Who Forget the Lessons of History Are Doomed To Repeat It.
